Damages incurred during shipping or due to improper care/use will not be considered for refund or credit. Shipping issues will be the responsibility of the purchaser and a claim will need to be filed with the carrier.

All refunds must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Anything after 7 days will not be considered for a refund or credit.
